This movie originated from the 2004 Gumcheon Police Department's Korean gang raid. Three Chinese Koreans smuggled into South Korea's Chinatown to dominate the three gangsters. The male protagonist, who is a police officer, beats the gangsters naked and will be brought to justice.
Ma Dongxi plays the male protagonist, Ma Xidao, who walks between justice and evil. But he still has a little conscience in his heart, and he takes great care of the small business and hawkers.
