Zombie movies also need to keep pace with the times

This is one of the relatively good horror films of recent years, shot as a nod to the zombie flicks of yesteryear. The director started a series of terrifying events from the perspective of an outdated actor who played a zombie who entered this eerie mansion and wanted to commit suicide. However, when all my horrors passed like this, the ending was unexpected.
First of all, the image of the two ghost sisters in the house where Xiaohao lives makes me feel a bit like a ghost in a Japanese and Thai horror film, but the biggest attraction of this film is the production process of zombies and the rebirth after waiting for seven days. I was anxiously waiting for the resurrection of the zombies. After the resurrection, I was a little disappointed. It was inevitable that special effects were used too much, which is also a product of the progress of the times. When Xiaohao and the Taoist fought against the zombie master for 300 rounds, and the old lady and the zombie master were wiped out, I thought the movie ended like this. But I never imagined that the movie went back to the scene when Xiaohao first entered the building, and all these terrifying events were just an illusion before his death. A Taoist priest is not a Taoist priest. only him.
This film, like all horror films, is full of gloomy, dark, ghostly and terrifying pictures, and what impressed me the most was the picture of the old lady leading the child to the toilet to be eaten by zombies, which can be completely made up by the brain. This shooting method is very innovative and has a very accent. Although the part where the zombies actually appear is short, it is also a talking point for the audience who love zombie movies. Then the zombie movie is dead, and no one wants to put on an incorruptible hat and stage a zombie jump on the screen. Times are progressing, everything is developing, and zombie movies also need it.
It should be missed, but it should not be imitated. This is the success of this film.
