Sorab does not commit suicide. Who knows how much abuse he has suffered?

A few important passages are

missing : 1. Hasan does not have a hare lips, so there is no plot of his father taking him for surgery. I

personally think that this plot is very important. In that era, expensive surgery was performed on a servant’s son as a birthday gift. It's really not what the average owner did. This plot is to pave the way for saying that the two children are half-parents;

2 The father in a small supermarket in the United States quarrels with an old Vietnamese couple

. The father in the plot novel is not very comfortable with life in the United States. He has a grumpy temper. In the movie Almost did not show this;

3 Sorab suicide
Ami

omitted this paragraph in the conversation with the doctor in the hospital is the most incomprehensible to me. Without Sorab's suicide, who knows how much abuse he has suffered before? Only "I'm so dirty" in the movie can't express this at all. Without the conversation between Ami and the doctor when Sorab was rescued, who knew how deeply he apologized to Hassan?

How could Sorab not commit suicide?

The whole movie is still loyal to the original,
but there are no such important sections. Many people who haven't read the book can't understand it!

The Kite Runner quotes

  • Baba: [regarding the mullahs, who teach that drinking alcohol is a sin] I piss on the beards of all those self-righteous monkeys.

  • Amir: [explaining Sohrab's presence] You see, General Sahib, my father slept with his servant's wife, and she bore him a son named Hassan. Hassan is dead now. That boy sleeping in the other room is Hassan's son. He's my nephew. That's what you tell people when they ask. And one more thing, General Sahib: you will never again refer to him as "a Hazara boy" in my presence. He has a name, and it's Sohrab.
