The director tries to awaken the young people's memories of that unbearable history. Although the memories are painful, they have lost the memories of the past, and they can't locate themselves today, let alone move towards an unknowable future.
We all know the truth of unpacking and traveling lightly, but for the director, it means forgetting, forgetting the way travelers came, and no one can guarantee that they will not repeat the old road full of painful memories.
