It's been said lately that Korean films are overly acclaimed, and I partly agree, there are indeed a few that are too politicized. If you want to see something that is lighthearted and funny and exposes the darkness (Korean chaebol), this one.
The beginning was funny, my husband and I patted each other's thighs with laughter. I really can't watch the parenting episode in the office. In the end, beating the rich second generation on the street can be described as very pleasing.
A just and unruly police officer, a passionate and righteous boss, a filthy rich second generation (reminds me of the rich second generation in the old boy), a father who is even worse than the rich second generation. Drug parties may also be just the tip of the iceberg (recall the Zhang Ziyan incident in the Korean entertainment industry).
Although there is no way to go into the details of the plot, a movie that can satisfy me with laughter, gritted teeth, and cheer is a good movie.
The first time I saw Liu Yaren's movie was Burning. At that time, I thought that this little boy could only play the role of Diaosi, but he had already played the villain of the rich second generation. It was really amazing and gave him five stars. like it~comfortable~
