When you leave I don't know if you really leave
But I know I have to go home first
Day after day, year after year, I stand on the shore where you left
Waiting for your presence with mixed hopes
...until I too have grown old and come again to the shore where you left
There has been vicissitudes there, but I am not afraid
I know I will see you soon...
Did you show up or leave the way you left and the daughter has grown up...
"The watch of life and death is just a strait. From one space to meet and stay together, and then to another space to meet and stay together again"
It is because of this belief that life and death have meaning.
