Swedish films tend to be morbidly cold and depressing, and Bergman's films, for example, always give me indigestion. This movie is very lively, even the incestuous affair between the female teacher and the teenager is depicted pleasing to the eye, and the friendship between the teenager and the female teacher's husband also resonates with many people. A boy grows up in sex, and because of sex, he understands respect and responsibility. His beauty like the sun and his pure desire are pitiful. The young actor is the director's youngest son, and his excellent performance is the guarantee of the film's success.
