Who can hear my voice?

The struggle between individuals and the state apparatus, the loud cries of being submerged in the crowd and the huge system, can only total destruction end all suffering! ?

"The Color of Bassati", "The Furnace", and "Terrorist Live" are all expressions of the individual's cries and struggles in front of the social system, government and state apparatus. But think about it, which country, including Europe and the United States, can say that the people at the bottom of their society and those on the fringes have the right to make their voices heard? Democracies originating from the West have been advocating representation, but why are some people's interests more and better represented, while others are not.

It has always been very interesting that many countries where these films of personal struggle are made have democratic elections and loose control, but elections cannot solve these social conflicts. What is justice, what is justice, what is public opinion? This is a question any society needs to ask itself all the time.

Yeong-hwa Yoon: You were going to kill them anyway! Son of a... You're sorry? How can you say that?

Park Shin-Woo: I started this just to hear those two words. I said to come quick because it'll collapse. I agreed to the rescue! But where is he? It's out of my hands now.

  • Yeong-hwa Yoon: Why me?

Park Shin-Woo: Still, I thought you would be different. You're all the same. That's why you're dying. Then, I'll stand there and end things myself.

Yeong-hwa Yoon: Please, Mr. Park... Please, please don't kill me. Please, sir! Please! I beg you! Please! Let me live! Let me out, please.

Park Shin-Woo: Keep being like that. Groveling under damn bastards. Live like that, then die.
