What the couple built was not a traditional farm, but a relatively complete ecosystem. That's what impresses me. In a narrow sense, every individual capable of metabolism and reproduction can be called life. But each individual life cannot live alone, and needs to rely on the natural environment formed by a complete and healthy ecosystem. In this large ecosystem, each kind of life performs its own function, restraining and promoting each other. Therefore, from a broad perspective, a large ecosystem is a "big life". Or more broadly, the earth is a relatively independent "life" in the universe. So what is wisdom? Is it transforming nature? Is it to become the overlord of the earth? Different people should have different answers. In my opinion, this couple is wise, because it is true wisdom to know how to conform to the laws of nature.
