The rhythm is tight, the storyline is clear, and the actors are superbly acting.
Several interpretations emerge at the end of the film. One is that "Assassination" is like "The Crucible", the court makes criminals go unpunished, while private forces complete their punishment, which may contain references and reflections on the status quo of justice; the second point of view is that this represents As the war is not over yet, South Korea treats Korean traitors differently than China. Some Korean traitors still hold important positions in society due to interference from external forces. The third point of view is that Lian Shuojin’s subordinates once shouldered orders and found Lian Shuo Jin was a traitor and killed him. After many years, the order was finally executed perfectly. Therefore, the theme of "assassination" is once again detained - the executor will not care about time or even life, and is bound to carry out the task.
But no matter what the ending says, this movie is worth watching.
