At that time, a miracle can happen by making a wish, so he has been looking forward to seeing the train. But my brother doesn't think so. He laughs, dances, swims and grows vegetables every day, performs with his father, and eats octopus balls... because he thinks it's right to live a good day. Later, friends advised him that you should meet your brother, so they agreed to go see the train together.
It's a wish-fulfilling trip where seven children set off from Kagoshima and Fukuoka to watch the trains meet. When the trains met, the children shouted their wishes, but the elder brother was silent. Maybe when the little friend said that his wish was to bring the dead dog back to life, he already knew that there was never a miracle.
When parting, the elder brother said to his younger brother: He did not make a wish, because he did not choose a home, but chose the world. He no longer believes in miracles, and even if there is, he doesn't want people's lives to be hurt because of his wishes. At this moment he was like an adult.
Young people probably think that there will be miracles in the world. At a certain time, in a certain place, and under a certain circumstance, our pious wishes will surely come true.
But when I grow old enough, in the face of the difficulties of life, I will smile bitterly and sigh: I also once believed in miracles! After that, those obsessions in their hearts are still silently insisted, or they just give up. this is life.
It is Hirokazu-eda's films that are always like a gurgling water, immersing in my heart. It's a story that happens in the movie, and it's a story that happens in everyone's life. It is the care and warmth of the family. It's the surprise and joy that food brings. Love and destiny are inextricably linked to bring people together and, of course, will eventually usher in parting.
