" The noise you just heard is the Tourette syndrome I've been living with since I was 6 years old.
I'm standing up here today, because the love and support of a lot of people put me up here.
My family, my school family, my students and all my friends.
I owe this award to all of them, but I also owe it to the toughest and most dedicated teacher I've ever had, my constant companion, my Tourette's. "
Most of us do NOT have disabilities like that, but we do have the disabilities that we can have. So we tend to say that, Oh I have to give up... since I just I don 't want to hurt her, Mom...
But actually, it is just U who doesn't want to get hurt. And the only thing that can hurt, is you let it drive her away from you, if you let it win.
Coping with the disabilities has taught you most valuable lesson that anyone could ever learn.
And that is to never let anything stop you from chasing your dream, from working or playing, or falling in love;
Try make it like a children, cuz they look at life in a different way.
They see the world and say, I will.
Not I can't. And so do I.
Just like what U have told me, that life can be easygoing with that simplicity, purity and even a little bit innocence.
Hope is a habit hard to break .
So just go and love, as if you had never been hurt.
