Dad is 102 years old, and he is very shocked by the idea of surprise in Indian movies.
The novel opening of the plot with a father sending his son to a nursing home really whetted one's appetite. The film is narrated very smoothly, as if it is narrating the truth of life, narrating a kind of life experience.
I especially like the shots of the movie, which are very delicate, and the characters are played very well.
In fact, I am very impressed by the similarities and contrasts between the 102-year-old dad Dartley and the 75-year-old Babu in the characters. The similarity lies in their love for their son, and they all have a common purpose in the plot, struggling and working hard for their son. The contrast lies in the different attitudes and concepts of life caused by different life experiences, but there is no right or wrong in the world.
The only regret is that the conflict between Babu and Amo, which was still expected in the end, failed to meet my expectations. I very much hope that the conflict can be longer and longer. After all, it paved the way for the entire movie. But overall, the movie is heartwarming and worth watching.
