Two obvious loopholes, please analyze

The first major loophole: During the interrogation of the male protagonist in the memory clip, the younger brother of the president was present and spoke to him in person. Is this person not afraid that the male protagonist will remember him? Then came to the airport to see you off? If anyone suspects that the special forces have amnesia or blurred memory under heavy blows, it is too small to underestimate these special forces. Or maybe the president was too careless, and he would have to be there for the public thugs.

The second biggest loophole: The actor was knocked down by anesthesia needle when he was first caught, and then interrogated who he told him that it would be better to kill him directly. Later, when he saw him, he was also directly chased and killed. Why bother to interrogate him? A big truck scene.

This is the second time I watched it after a year. The first time I thought the script was good, and the second time I watched it, I felt that there were too many loopholes to make sense. Especially the first bug.
