The assimilation and disappearance of every nation is an unavoidable scar of history.
Most of the mountain peoples are known for their sturdy folk customs, goodness and bravery. These peoples have their own world view system, and more of it is a belief in the integration of politics and religion. In a closed environment, these nations can exist independently of the world in their own system, but with the development of technology and the proliferation of modern civilization, these corners cannot be isolated.
When the modern technology after the Industrial Revolution and the brave national consciousness come into sharp contact, it will inevitably lead to sharp social unrest. Putting aside the so-called family and country, the stalemate between the two ideologies alone is enough to leave deep scars in the long history.
The rapid pace of modernization will eventually pass through those quiet years, and different ethnic groups will eventually move towards unity in history. Those scars can only be slowly licked in the images.
