After watching it from beginning to end, I have no resistance to this kind of healing anime. A letter to Taozi is a letter to someone who is unforgettable, whether present or not. There are laughs and tears throughout the film, and it's thought provoking. It reminds us to cherish the present, but also to learn to come out of adversity, because there will always be someone behind you silently guarding you. At the end of the film, Peach and her mother received a letter from Dad, and Peach bravely jumped off the bridge. This may be a sign of a fresh start.
