steam stew

The title is "Virtual World", which is actually surreal in conventional animation settings, or it can be regarded as "another history". I didn't like the "Another History" episode in "Love Dead": Imagine if Hitler hadn't been born or died long ago there wouldn't be WWII. The reason for the dislike may be that such assumptions are akin to cold jokes or whispers from some people, embarrassing and boring. This film has a more ambitious setting, but it serves a personal heroic story development, which is my personal dissatisfaction.

After the inexplicable disappearance of the best scientists of that era, such as Einstein, the world's technological development stagnated, and human history went in another direction. The lizardmen who escaped from the biological laboratory have the intelligence to capture the top human scientists in order to study a kind of "ultimate serum", put it into the universe and contain human technology to prevent humans from killing each other, especially the two lizardmen have a black head. The face has a white face... Now when I write a comment, I feel that the plot is simmering in a mess... The heroine's "ultimate serum" saves the world, and coincidentally, all the lizardmen who were the villains disappeared and died, and then the scientists ran away in a hurry, Human technology develops normally.

The marginalization of scientists such as Einstein, the clowning, the stupid, the cowardly, the heroic setting of the heroine's family, the embarrassing existence of the lizard people, and the self-righteous historical phantom of the Eiffel Tower from twin towers to single towers, I would rather be The author completely sets a world, rather than detouring human history and returning to the real world line, which is completely the embodiment of imagination being controlled by reality. I don't know how much similar settings this animation has to Hayao Miyazaki's animation, and I don't know if Hayao Miyazaki's series of fantasies also have the problems I mentioned above, but for this animation, the settings are not my thing. The logical development of the plot is also unreasonable in my opinion.
