There are actually quite a few similar films, such as the description of homosexuality in the military. But it is still more strongly felt by the Imperial Law to me.
In a place full of men, I think it's normal to have same-sex super-friendships (like seeing two girls kissing at a girls' school). Especially the director chose such a charming Kana. The corners of the eyes and the ends of the eyes are slightly raised, any look, any angle, are full of electricity, pink and tender Mimi's face, coupled with the Japanese most adorable cherry mouth, crap, deliberately let those in the field of vision except A man is a man and a man is impulsive and action!
Falling in love with a beautiful woman is not fatal, but falling in love with a beautiful woman who cannot be caught can be fatal. Especially this beauty also strangely likes to kill and knows how to kill!
There are a few things in the film that I still don't understand, or are not perfect, even if it's deliberately imperfect perfection.
1. Kanai is the son of a wealthy businessman. It stands to reason that his life, at least the first half of his life, should be smooth and stable. Shouldn't like to kill people, but why would he? It must have been his childhood that lacked the security brought by that background, something must have happened... So, what kind of past created such a personality?
2. When Yuzawa asked Kana for love, Kana did not refuse. There is no awkward virgin plot, all Kanai cares about is that he is afraid of being seen. He must not be the first time, right? (His past made me even more curious) Since he is GAY, when Tashiro confessed to Kana, why did Kana refuse; why did he choose Yuzawa instead of Tashiro who at least had a good picture? (It was mentioned earlier that he likes to kill people. Could it be that he was only picking the target of killing, not the target of sex?!)
Later, Yamazaki was ordered to invite him to a brothel. Therefore, I think that if Tashiro is not chosen, it may be that Tashiro used the wrong method and did not bring it to the brothel to express his confession. Ha ha. Otherwise, it is estimated that the picture of these two men's fried rice will look better.
3. During the recruitment, Okita had fought with Tashiro and Kana. He said with certainty that Kana's swordsmanship was much better than Tashiro's. As a coach, as a referee, this is very convincing. Hijikata himself tried the comparison with the two, and he was sure that Kana was stronger. But why was Kana obviously losing in the competition between Kana and Tashiro? Was it intentional? If it was intentional, why did he end up being ordered to kill Tianshiro at a time when his life and death were at a disadvantage, and in the end he only relied on his sudden weakness to gain Tianshiro's sympathy and distraction, and then took advantage of his unpreparedness to kill him.
4. Hijikata must have been fascinated by Kana too. He later realized that Kanai's fascination was fatal. However, he still blamed Kana's lethality on his charming charisma like Sakura. He blamed only the qi in his body, not his beauty, nor his cruelty and bloodthirsty. So, Hijikata still couldn't hide that he was completely fascinated by Kana. This makes Kana's lethality even more deadly! !
