Most of the reviews I read feel that the show is not dark enough. But I think the logic is fine. Alan's smile in the stroller is the most impressive scene in this movie for me. Mishima is addicted to the suicidal business, and seems to have a sense of excitement when welcoming guests. But in the end he suffered from depression. When he saw his son commit suicide, he still regretted it. Even if he runs a suicide business. He doesn't want his son to go down this road either. My sister is the biggest beneficiary. Even though her parents' childhood depression education failed to change her yearning for beauty, Alan's silk scarf awakened her sister. And love just came so suddenly. Choose to end, rather than looking forward to another beginning. The man who Mishima "helped" for free also put an end to the suicide business. Like he said - they don't have repeat customers.
