A movie I watched a long time ago, but because I was young at the time, I didn't understand what it meant. I suddenly remembered today and was deeply impressed by its color and picture, so I decided to watch it again. At my age, I should be able to understand the content of the movie.
Generally speaking, the theme of this film is quite satisfactory. Although life is difficult and difficult, there will always be hope and beauty. In short, life is beautiful, don't look for shortsightedness. The content can only be said to be average. Revisiting this movie again, it is still the color and picture that attracts me the most, dark tones, heavy dark circles around everyone's eyes, and all kinds of strange faces.
In the film, everyone's face is numb and painful, and they have lost hope in life. They calmly choose the tools to execute their own lives in the suicide store, and the police outside the door promptly issue a fine to the suicide. The absurd yet finds its rationality. Although my life experience is not rich and my age is still young, I may not be able to believe what I say, but I want to say that the pressure of life is indeed increasing, work, family, etc., everything makes people anxious. I have never seriously investigated people's psychological status, suicide rate and other data in today's society. Perhaps due to the rapid spread of information in modern times, I have asserted that people's life pressure is increasing and their psychological problems are getting worse. Rather than struggling in the world, perhaps death is really a good choice.
When I was a child, I thought that the suicide store was to make money from black hearts, which meant that it would help the tyrants. Now it seems that this is not the case. The owner and his wife feel pain because of helping people commit suicide, and even the male owner is seriously ill and sees a psychiatrist. This specialty store is not just about making unscrupulous money, they just provide people with a way of relief and happiness. Also as the movie wants to express, suicide is not a recipe, finding the beauty of life and finding happiness is the right way. The suicide store turned into a crepe shop, my sister found her love, the whole family was happy, and the store was the brightest place in the city. The happy ending seems cliché.
Although it is not satisfactory enough, it is still very happy to watch a movie with such a style that makes me very happy on the weekend night in the dormitory. Nonsense, upside-down and four-way communication, all should live up to this more than an hour.
