The original name is Der Fall Collini, der Fall is the meaning of the case event, and the literal translation is the Collini case.

After watching the movie, I think the translation of innocent murder is not good. The spoiler starts from the name, which weakens the sense of suspense, and the addition of a colon in the middle makes the movie name less aesthetic. ps. There are spoilers later.

The video has two tricks:

1. The protagonist chooses a Turkish origin, and starts the story from the perspective of Turkish origin. It seems to subtly introduce the growth situation of immigrants, but it avoids discussing how native Germans view the relationship between World War II history and their own families.
