Love this film and Phoebe, although she's not the same as normal kids, she's just a little bit sharper than them. I prefer Phoebe's mother, a very responsible mother.
Not every child should be like adults imagined, some children that adults can't understand, they are not very good, they are just different from everyone else. Phoebe's mother knew this. Although she is also worried and anxious that Phoebe is too different from everyone else, she has never taken a simple and rude way to deal with the child's problems.
