Tears that year

When I was in elementary school, I watched "La Traviata" in the summer vacation. After reading it, I cried to tears.
Very sad, and wrote a long after reading and notes, in memory of the kind Margaret.

Many years have passed, and today I watched the 1936 classic version of La Traviata in its entirety. Greta Garbo played very well, the casual look, the look of not believing in love, the fear of getting married, I feel sad and understand.

After watching such a film, no matter how unconfident a girl is, she will believe in love, and she will believe that the front is bright and beautiful. There is a boy with bright and warm colors who has been looking at you, hoping that you will be close to him.

When I saw Garbo’s eyes filled with tears for more than 70 minutes, my heart ached.

Seeing her letter to the Baron saying "I knew happiness wouldn't last that long" broke my heart.

Like her, I don't believe in love, because the person I deeply liked in the past didn't like me, and it always made me feel ashamed and unworthy of him.

Like her, I always feel that happiness won't last that long, and pain is real. So when a new love came, I gave up decisively.

Dear Margaret, dear Margaret, your heart aches. I know. I know. There is no way to relieve your pain and sorrow.

Can only say I know.

There was no such thing as "youth" on Garbo's face prematurely. Thin cheeks, thin cheekbones, slightly drooping corners of the mouth...Always look like a worried, bitter, cold and fatal look. I was 31 years old at the time of the film, but it looked like a forty-year-old woman with countless unspeakable hidden stories and stories, "My heart is not used to happiness", plus the natural old and low voice, total micro The hunched posture...beautiful is beautiful, and charming and feminine are not enough.

Pure Heart, Chasing Love in the Paris Capital Social Circle, the most touched is a woman who did not believe in love and died of grief for love. After believing in love's selflessness, kindness, and loyalty, she was beaten back to the cold palace by reality. Her name was Marguerite, and she died only because of purity and kindness. Greta Garbo and Robert Taylor are very affectionate, acting to the extent that the front of the chest is attached to the back, which is very fascinating. PS Robert Taylor came out of the sky, how the 20th century Hollywood male protagonist is so temperamental, the big oily comb is all unsolvable!

Camille quotes

  • Marguerite: Why should you care for a woman like me? I'm always nervous or sick or sad or too gay.

  • Armand: No one has ever loved as I have loved you.

Marguerite: That may be true; but, what can I do about it?
