Reminds me of what a professor said to me before: when you have a stupid topic or idea, you either swap it out or take it to the extreme. This film may belong to the latter. This movie made me uncomfortable watching the entire film: a woman with a dysfunctional high self-esteem who shuts her doors because she couldn't accept her status quo, and kept fantasizing about her husband and his friend's sexually nasty stories. Under the stimulation of alcohol, she also fantasized about being watched and manipulated. Sexual fantasies stem from her self-esteem and resulting low self-esteem (eye disease is even an excuse); fantasies of being watched may be in the unease of chronic autism. It's not a good idea to spend an entire hour and a half filming a stupid woman's shady thoughts, and even the whole movie risks degenerating into a mockery. But at the same time, the film has done extremely well in many details (camera transitions, changes in the plot, etc.), and it is hard not to be convinced that it is doing it in the direction of a work of art. So at the end of the day all I can say is that it's a "special" movie; it has its own value. (Towel City)
