In view of Director Xu's performance over the past few years, it was 3D that first made me pay attention to Dragon Gate Flying Armor.
One day I accidentally saw a behind-the-scenes interview or something on Weibo, and found that this film was not converted to 3D in the later stage, and the old monster was also very excited to say a lot of different experiences in shooting and performance in 3D and 2D, it seems It won't be pseudo 3D, so I decided to go to the cinema.
At first glance, this film is really 3D. . . orz~ The depth of field is very deep, this three-dimensional feeling is long gone. However, in the opening scene, there are still various staff and starring parts, and they take the audience to the perspective of hitting the railing. Obviously, it is still 2D shooting method =-=~
Personally, I always feel that the perspective of 3D movies should be different from 2D, including some excessive long processing. The three-dimensional world should be more of a subjective lens. What impressed me most about the 3D of Avatar back then was traveling to another world at night and riding a big bird. . . orz~ (off topic, this is one of the reasons why I think pina's 3D is good, probably~) In contrast, Longmen Flying Armor has a lot of strange perspectives, such as a meeting at the Dongxi factory, while watching Kun Sister appeared seductively, and suddenly came to look up at the various Arhat statues. If it is a good aesthetic in 2D, it always feels strange to wear 3D glasses. This is especially true of the perspective that moves up and down during a fight.
While the above are common (or purely a matter of personal preference), the most obvious problem with Gantry 3D is scale. The proportion of the characters pressed into the scene is obviously wrong. As long as the scene is enlarged, it will not feel that the scene is too large, or it will feel that the people are in the later stage, like a doll. At the same time, I don't know why, things that are too close to vision are blurred. So when the film throws the hidden weapon stakes to the audience (personally I still think this trick is okay to play occasionally, it will be boring to play like this for a long time =-=), it is actually blurred when it is close to the eyes. . .
In addition, the Hong Kong-style martial arts in our impression is about being fast, accurate, and ruthless, with a sense of being overwhelmed with fancy and gorgeous. In the interview before, I heard Director Xu say that the rhythm of the fight was slowed down for the 3D adjustment. In reality, the slow down is obvious, but even so, once the chain is shaken, it will become blurred and the music will be brought up, but it is not hot at all (and it always makes me I feel that Jet Li is really old, and his movements are slow ||||||~ Gui Lunmei is completely reduced to posing and hanging ropes).
Well, I have to admit that this 3D is at least not a fake 3D to fool the audience, it is done very carefully. When the character is close-up, the three-dimensional effect is really good. However, the actual effect of the whole film, especially how to modify the kung fu clips, is still something that needs to be pondered.

Like Zhou Xun, she doesn't have the air of the rivers and lakes, and as a role that imitates both sides, Brother Chun always feels that she is too righteous, and she is suitable for her in the troupe. Also, in the scene where she brushed the long knife, in fact, maybe because she had to slow down, she always felt that it was a little difficult to play. Also, why she was designed to use a hidden weapon as a weapon for such a scheming character, or a rather complicated chain of hidden weapons, we think it is quite incredible.
Gui Lun magnesium, less than satisfactory. The small and fresh smell on her body was washed away, but she didn't have the boldness of a foreign woman at all, and she felt that it was very hard for her to pose alone. In contrast, Flying Armor's power is slightly single. Let's say it's a black shop. Except for Brother Xun's words to scare Fan Xiaoxuan, he basically didn't show blackness. At first, I thought that the three pillars were standing against each other, and Brother Chun would be a faction of his own. As a result, the next scene was directly dismantled and turned out to be with Gui Lunmei. In addition, there is no great feeling of worrying about the country and the people, and there is no betrayal of both good and evil and the indistinguishable spirit of the enemy and the enemy. But in fact, if you think about it carefully, the plot is still the plot of Xu Laoguai, especially the true and false Chen Kun paragraphs. In terms of character setting, it is indeed not three-dimensional in itself, but Xin Longmen is not much three-dimensional in terms of the pure plot of the characters, and the complexity still depends on the performance of the actors. So, the problem probably lies in the fact that all the actors have nothing to do with the rivers and lakes.
Well, my fellow friends said that this is a problem of the times, and it is indeed the case. Think about which of the beauties of that era is not the allure of the country and the city. The shortcomings of this film are as obvious as the advantages. . . orz~ The viewing process is pretty good, and the popcorn is basically qualified. But the taste is alright.
