I took 6 children to the cinema yesterday. The first premiere was on Friday morning. The children were quite interested in watching the show. They laughed loudly from time to time, and they often speculated on the plot of the story, and there were many discussions. My son was impressed by these points: the ants blowing their whistle; the flight race between ladybugs and 5 flies; the army of red ants coming! (My son was watching the trailer repeatedly when I made my comment.)
I personally think that for children, watching a good silent film can give them a different feeling and enrich their sensory experience. Watching a silent film requires a calm mind, more imagination, and a childlike innocence!
