I love hearing other people tell their stories and, through the process, partially understand them.
I am not saying that, through his story (true and false, memory and description deceptive), but through the event that he tells the story, the story is only part of it.
One of the things I like about this documentary is that a narrator does not have (to show his) nationality, occupation, income, family members, what car he drives and what house he lives in. He just needs to sit there and go quietly. To tell a story, I just need to sit here and listen to a story, it's that simple.
I care about human beings, but there is nothing I can do, I can only care about him for those few minutes.
