Most of the interviewed people in the film are destitute, frustrated and embarrassed people we are not familiar with, which reminds me of the shock I felt when I read Haoran's novel "Cangsheng" and Yu Hua's "Alive" when I was a child. In the filming, the film looks at the earth, mountains and rivers from a top-down perspective, and in the interview, it faces the bitterness, joy and grievances of the world with a close-up view. Wide open and close is very impactful. Watching this film will let those of us living in honeypots or in our own world see the scars of human beings, our own limitations and indifference. To save the world, you need to start by saving yourself.
