However, after watching it, the feeling is that this is still a good teaching film, comedy and truly show the daily life of sales, their world. All the actors in it are full of skill, and they show excellent colors in it. The old salesman will hand over his words to the new salesman, and the most powerful salesman will never be jealous of other colleagues making orders. He will just go in and ask, hey, big brother, how did you do it? And has a sincere and knowledgeable look. In this movie, I learned some knowledge about sales: First, create a sense of authority. In any case, a vice president of a real estate company must be more reliable and powerful than a newcomer, right? Just say that you are a big man.
Second, we must shape the customer's desire and help him to dream together. If you buy this thing, what kind of feeling you will get, dream together, and enjoy the good feelings. Third, give customers some benefits. For example, in a movie, a salesperson wants to sell land to customers, and they usually say that there are prizes and benefits to be given to them. The tone should be understatement and sincere and credible, and try to speak with customers in a soft and determined tone. Make customers feel that you are for their good.
