Yeah I guess I'd better not take it seriously.

So I didn't even look for subtitles.
So I even put the player in the background sometimes.
So I saw half of it and went to the kitchen to warm up the buns to eat.
So I started writing a review before I finished it.

The only thing that doesn't stop and break is the sound.
It runs through from start to finish.
The instinct of the body will help people understand each note in it.
Even if they sing Icelandic.

Love the part where they use stones for percussion.
Happy crisp.
It's that simple.
The whole Iceland has this kind of temperament. Maybe there are big red kites flying in the sky.

Sigur Rós: Heima quotes

  • Band member: It's kind of a safe haven for us, Iceland. We are left on our own here.

  • Jon Thor Birgisson: I think Kjarri's grandmother, she went to the concert and thought it was really loud, and then heard it was on TV, too. Like, "It was on the TV! Let's go home! If it's on TV, let's go home and watch it on TV." Then it was the end of the last song and these crazy backdrops and stuff, like really intense. Then she thought something was wrong with her TV and shut it off. I think it's nice.
