#shadow# 1999 "Mints" 8/10
Flashbacks have brought this protracted film to more than two levels. If it's the narration, the film is absolutely mediocre to the point of lethargy. The story is cut into several parts. The first part - especially the first part - was procrastinated and scattered, and I almost gave up the film, but after seeing the third and fourth paragraphs, I began to understand the beauty, and then I fell deeply into it. In the end, all my doubts were solved. Open, compare before and after, but my heart is locked up, a little boring and flustered. The narrative technique of Korean scar literature is worth learning. I don't know when we can see the movie from the perspective of the People's Liberation Army of the 1990-1 xx incident? Their lives after they retired? When you think about what you have done, do you repent or push it to the leader who gave the order?
Can you see this kind of reflection and review in your lifetime? A bit desperate, but if you don't face history squarely, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist!
