die peacefully

Perhaps because of personal hobbies, I have always preferred films that describe photographers, such as "Loyalty", "Snake in June", "City of God" and so on. The one that touched my heart quite a bit was "Loyalty".
And "The Dead Time" brought me a genuine peace of mind.
He is a loner with little communication with his family. Waking up in the morning staring strangely at his surroundings, sitting alone on a park bench and covering his face with a silent wry smile, or he was sobbing.
After the passion, he said goodbye to his lover and took a picture of him sleeping.
He just chose to tell her the news: because you, like me, are dying too. They all smiled at each other's candor.
He said, I don't have that many feelings.
He has always been this way, looking at his own death calmly and unassumingly.
I think when a person can accept death peacefully, then he is lonely from the beginning. There is no regret, what he can do in the world has been done.
Naturally that is the case.
But he still tried to make up for the regret he left in the hearts of others at the last moment. He went to visit his sister who was at odds with him, and photographed her smile in Shumeng in the distance.
Make a deal with an infertile couple to leave his good hope in this world. In making love so as not to make the woman's husband uncomfortable, he is brought into it. His heart was still weak.
Lamin saw his childhood in his dying moments and finally shed tears.
The last person on the beach walks off the camera and the movie ends.
The sun sets on his kiss.

  • [Romain's mother expresses her interest in Romain taking photographs of the family]

Sophie: Save you breath, Mom. We're not hip enough. He prefers actresses and models.

La mère: Don't say that. He just hasn't had time yet.

    Le père: Of course.

    Romain: No, she's right.

La mère: Why do you say that?

Romain: I don't want to photograph her kids.

    Le père: Romaine, stop.

    Sophie: Leave it, Dad.

Romain: And you know why? Because they sprang from you, and your ugly mug would be in the picture. It makes me want to puke.

    La mère: Romaine, stop it!

Romain: No wonder your man left. It's like you made the kids alone.

  • Le père: How are things with Sasha?

Romain: Not bad, not great. We'll probably break up soon.

    Le père: Shit. Why?

Romain: Like in all couples, routine kills desire.
