I have been feeling depressed in recent days, so before watching this movie, I have been hesitating whether to watch it or not. Looking at the introduction, this is a story about a thirty-year-old man who found out that his life was only three months later. I was afraid that such a movie would be too sad and dull.
The director of this film, François Aussin, is my favorite French director. In recent years, he has been praised by fans for "Murder in the Pool". "The Dead Time" is his new work in 2005.
After hesitating, I still started watching this movie, but I was deeply moved by it. The picture and music of the film are typical French. I admire the director for making such a film so bright and fresh, and the story telling is very touching.
While watching the movie, instead of grieving, I thought, what if we also only had three months to live?
