The confusion and simplicity of first love

In the movie, Gino said several times not to let others know about us. Obviously, he either didn't take their relationship seriously, or he was afraid of the consequences of coming out. At a young age, society can't condone things that they may violate the routine. Would it be better if they knew more. I also think of a guy who always said some ambiguous things before, but never showed his attitude towards me. If he says this is a game in the future, I can't deny it. In this relationship, he has not expressed his attitude but is always ambiguous, then I don't want to be tempted; if not, get out as soon as possible.
