At the beginning of man, nature is evil

The Superman in the DC comics was told by the spacecraft that he would lead the world, and the movie hero was told that he would conquer the world. The movie satisfies my fantasy about the different destinies of Superman. As a teenager with god-like abilities, he should listen to his parents honestly, be kind, willing to be the "savior" hidden from ordinary people, or use super powers as he pleases and be a " Magic Boy". In my opinion, the movie is not simply using the dark version of Superman as an eye-catching gimmick. This is a bold idea: When Superman’s contempt for lower humans overwhelms the sense of identity, the rebellious impulse of adolescence is what What kind of "savior" will it create? So, don’t pick things up and take them home, even if it’s a child~

Brightburn quotes

  • Brandon Breyer: Who am I?

    Tori Breyer: You're our son.

Brandon Breyer: What is this? Where did I come from?

Tori Breyer: Listen, baby, I... I know it's been difficult for you lately, that you feel different from other kids. You *are* different. After your dad and I got married, we prayed for a baby for so long, to God, to the universe, to anyone that would listen. One night, one perfect night, someone listened.

  • Kyle Breyer: Maybe there is something wrong with Brandon. He may look like us. But... He's not like us!

Tori Breyer: I will never turn against our son.

Kyle Breyer: He's not our son! He's some *THING* We found in the forest

Tori Breyer: [slapping him] How fucking dare you say that! How fucking dare you say it! How fucking dare you say such a thing!
