When I only watched the trailer, I told other friends that this film is pretty good. It may be a bit like Forrest Gump. There are many songs that span the history of the United States for many years. After watching it, I couldn't help asking people around me: Do you think Americans can learn history from this film?
I don't think it can, just like some anti-war songs, it can only make us feel some atmosphere, but can't know the facts clearly.
History is just a gimmick in the film.
This film is an atmospheric film. Many of the pieces are gorgeous MTV, with strong colors, handsome faces, and beautiful voices. As a music lover, MTV lover, and beatles follower, I think it cannot be ignored.
As a movie, it is a pity to say that the beatles do not come from the United States.
