The earliest non-mainstream film in the personal collection of "Semi-Mature Boy", through "Watching Movies", I learned that the VCD purchased many years ago was an award-winning film in Cannes. "Semi-Mature Boys" tells a sexual affair about a group of young teenagers in a way that the two masters develop in a fair manner and interlace their actions. The young people who have not yet fully developed have a slender figure, but the rush of sex is very strong. They have begun to experiment with sex before they know what love is and what responsibility is. Sexuality is not an expression of who loves whom, but to show off their rich sexual experience to their peers. Among them is a teenager named Terry who only likes to have sex with virgins. He thinks that he will not get AIDS if he is safe. However, contrary to his wishes, Terry still got AIDS. Terry didn't know that he was already an AIDS patient, but he continued to have sex with other virgins. These are all because they don’t know enough about sex and AIDS, and AIDS is a punishment for their sexual proliferation.

In the movie, there is a profound plot. The group of teenagers meets a gay couple in the park, scolds the gays and throws trash at the gays. When teenagers indulge in their own sex, they use another moral standard to judge others. Most people always think that homosexuality is synonymous with AIDS. What a ridiculous idea. If homosexual couples do not have promiscuity, their state of cleanliness and self-love must be better than that. The group of young people is much stronger. At the end of the movie, these teenagers have a family party. The climax of the party is that they enter a state of sexual chaos. The movie is like using a DVD to record the life of a group of teenagers for a few days. It is real and mediocre, but the seemingly calm scene is very thought-provoking.

After watching "Semi-Mature Boy", I lent the movie to a boy who has the same hobbies as Terry to watch. I hope he can know from the movie that excessive overdraft of youth will only bring eternal pain. It is impossible for a movie to change the boy's impulse to sex, but to let him know that the high-risk sexual relationship is not far from AIDS, so that he can be responsible for himself and his partner. Adolescent sex life and sexual promiscuity are no longer the patents of Western open countries, capitalist societies, and they are also spreading domestically.
