The entire movie is performed under a single song-the famous song "the end" of the Gate Band. When the protagonist first realizes the temptation of death, the guitar murmur of the prelude to the end sounded strangely, as if giving a person. It was kind of enlightening, and Morrison later performed the whole story of the song in a concert, and the appalling lyrics caused an uproar in the audience.
The Gate Band became popular all over the country with a light my fire. Morrison also used this song to tease Sullivan. In the days to come, it is also this song that is required by the audience to perform at every concert. Enraged or aroused Morrison, so he shouted that you are all fuckin slaves!
And this sentence is the ridicule that countless rock stars have to accept and a sharp sword that arouses reflection.
Morrison's love is indulgent, like a fire, he separates sex from love, and at the same time separates love from responsibility, because he can't save himself, how can such a person face his children?
He is a tragic character. Because of his sensitivity and fragility, he fell from a sexy star to a scruffy ghost with a beard and fat as a pig. This self-destruction slowly fulfilled his doomsday, fearless and free from anything. Fetters, wait for death with peace of mind.
I personally prefer his first album, the album of the same name. In that album, blues music and poetry are perfectly combined. This album has shown all his anxiety, despair, and anger, and at the same time heralded his life. The end.
Oliver Stone has perfect arrangement of the color and structure of the whole film. The filming of the whole film is really psychedelic, in line with the feeling of morrison. This is definitely an excellent biographical film.
