The protagonist Caesar, the orangutan, is Shakespeare's Caesar the Great, and the plot of the orangutan betrayal in the plot is also adapted from the Caesar the Great.
As a science fiction movie, Caesar the Ape is my favorite leader character so far.
1. Wisdom and experience.
Caesar grew up in a human environment during his childhood. He was educated by humans, learned knowledge of species more advanced than himself, and had made friends with humans and rebelled against humans.
* Therefore, to be a leader requires knowledge and experience.
2. Have principles and stick to principles.
The principle that Caesar sets among the apes, apes not kill apes. When Koba rebelled against his orders for the second time, he knocked down Kaba but did not kill him.
*So being a leader, stick to principles.
3. When the principle fails, break the principle.
In the last scene, Caesar and Koba duel. Kaba uses Caesar's apes not kill apes principle to ask Caesar to forgive after murdering his clan. Caesar realizes that his principles are not useful to everyone, so he executes Koba.
*Being a leader, when the principle is effective, you must immediately break the principle to save the scene.
4. The principle of employment.
Caesar's employment principle is seen from the movies, basically: strong ability, the same values, have played together, and can be trusted.
5. Management principles.
Caesar talks very little in the movie, only interacting with his son and the most capable Koba. The son is the successor and needs to be nurtured; Koba is the deputy and needs to be soothing. In front of the other apes, Caesar's orders were absolutely obedience.
*Being a leader, absolute authority can lead the team to respond to the crisis with one heart and one heart.
6. Forgiveness.
Koba committed two offenses, Caesar forgiven in public, and executed in public on the third offense.
* Be a leader, with clear rewards and punishments, and a transparent management system, so that everyone can obey the decision of the leader.
7. Establish a sense of self-sacrifice in the team. Caesar rushed to Koba desperately when he saw the veteran being injured by Koba. Protecting the team, the sense of sacrifice in front of the charge is the essence of establishing authority.
8. The establishment of altruistic values is reflected in the fact that every decision made by Caesar is based on the premise of fully considering the interests of all orangutans. For example, do not risk a war with humans because humans kill members of the same race by mistake.
*As a leader, try to avoid the influence of selfish genes and not be emotional.
Orangutan Caesar, I think the most perfect screen leader image.
