First, it once again confirms that "girls are not cute because they are beautiful, but beautiful because they are cute." In all fairness, I am a member of the Appearance Association. So when the film first saw the heroine's appearance, it was really about the urge to drop the movie, because she really didn't fit my aesthetics. But at the end of the movie, I think Sydney is very beautiful, so beautiful, vivid, fulfilling, bright, and contagious. This beauty stems from her kindness, her affinity for being friends with everyone, and her courage and self-confidence.
Second, just like the seven people living in Vortex, I feel inferior and shy in life, and I don't know how to enter the outside world. Sydney is to me what she is to the seven, giving them courage and support, trust and opportunities to help them get out of their closed world and to the bright sun outside. This movie really did its inspirational purpose and gave me courage.
Third, the determination and courage to fight for my own beliefs inspired me.
Fourth, what kind of college life do they lead, and what about us? When I was watching a movie, I was thinking that for Sydney, attending classes is not another waste of time dealing with exams. She listens to lessons, studies, thinks, and applies what she has learned. Extracurricular activities broaden her horizons, sharpen her personality, and help her make friends for life. She leads such a rich, fulfilling and meaningful life. Even Terrance felt that there was too much to learn, so he still stayed in school for 6 years after graduation. I think the biggest difference between them and us is that they are responsible for their lives at all times, while we are just running away. It's not that we don't know that we are adults or that we have a long future, but we ignore them, bury all the anxiety and hesitation in our hearts or send them by playing.
What do we want? Are we really worthy of the time slipping away from our hands?
