China's so-called big director gap

Putting aside the differences between Chinese and Western thoughts, as far as the beauty and ugliness of human nature are concerned, why hasn't China made a movie of this depth?
Check out Zhang Yimou's [Three Shots] and Feng Xiaogang's [If You Are the One]. . . In addition to pleasing the audience and boasting a laugh, what else can it bring to us when people come out of the theater and calm down? Perhaps it is a greater emptiness. Looking at their faces again, what have you brought to the progress of Chinese society? All the ugly faces with excessive alcoholism are real and sad.
A good movie, the script is important, but the director’s understanding is the soul. There is no rich life experience, no admirable attitude, and there must be no vitality. In addition to the unspoken rules of the poor girls, how much energy do the national directors have? In the movie itself?
Hey,
let's talk about the movie itself: it is indeed a movie that touches the soul. The sea is like life. Although it brings harm to mankind, what mankind derives from and gets from the sea far outweighs the harm. Be grateful to the sea and live in gratitude.

I don't know if it's because I've watched too many inspirational films, so I can't feel it... But, I have to admit, the shots are beautiful, whether it's a seascape or a surf, um.

Inspirational. Bland and tasteless. Naturally too much.
