Sexual harassment is never about sex, but about power. There is really no distinction between men and women. When women have power, they will be as corrupt as men. There is no difference between men and women in this regard. Everyone in the film is actually a tool and pawn of power, and at the same time a victim. The seemingly bright ending actually hides the cruelty and unfathomable of the political struggle in the office. As the hostess said at the end, I will come back to buy your company in ten years.
