New comedy released this year Movie, I changed my taste after watching too many dull sleepy movies.
The movie tells the story before and after a wedding. After a couple divorced to reunite for the wedding of their adopted children, the ex-wife awkwardly met her ex-husband and current wife having sex as soon as they arrived home. After that, the couple's two biological children also returned home one after another to participate in the brother's marriage. But the newlyweds are worrying about the divorce of their parents, because the biological mother of the adopted child thinks that divorce is a great sin. For this reason, the ex-wife decided to pretend not to divorce with her ex-husband. This decision made the current wife move out with anger. As soon as the current wife left, the biological mother of the adopted son brought her daughter to the home. Under the lie, everyone calmly ate dinner and prepared to go to bed, but when the ex-wife wanted to go back to her room, her biological mother saw her, and she had to share the bed with her ex-husband. In this way, the two had sex. The next day, the ex-husband was drunk and told about the sex, so everyone exposed the other party's derailment, making the wedding mess. Seeing all this, the newlyweds decided to elope, but they did not run to save their mother who fell into the water. In the end, everyone reconciled with each other, and the ex-husband and current wife also held a formal wedding. In addition, the main story is interspersed with the story of the old virgin son having sex with his adopted sister, and the family affairs caused by the quarrel between the daughter and boyfriend because of pregnancy.
I watched this movie purely to relax, so I didn't expect it at all. It's enough to look at familiar faces, feel the warmth of some families, and smile for a few families' embarrassment. Fortunately, I have done all of this in this film, and I am very satisfied.
But objectively speaking, the film sucks. The plot is clichéd, the jokes are blunt, the plot is messy, the character is not comprehensively portrayed, and so on. It can be said that it is a movie that makes money from the beginning. Just like what I wrote in the title, this movie is about the actors in the film who are familiar with the faces, so that the audience can remember themselves, "Don't forget me!" Therefore, the big names in the 70s, the stars in the 80s, and the new generations of the new century just made it up to make such a boring and unwatchable movie.
Therefore, I believe that many people come for one of the actors. For me, it was for Amanda Seyfried. But Amanda Seyfried only appeared in about four scenes in the film. From this, it can be seen that Amanda Seyfried is very smart. She knows that it is meaningless to spend a lot of time in such a movie. It is better to make a small-cost production with a starring role than to make a movie like this one. Therefore, the big scenes in this film are all those who are outdated and former big names.
The filming is quite satisfactory, that is, there is no unique image style, and no moving music. If you are looking for advantages, you can only say that the picture is clean and bright, even in dark corners. Therefore, the movie looks very comfortable and not depressing. Of course, these few words of mine may be nonsense. How can a family comedy make a depressive feeling?
I won't talk about the actors, they are all here to get familiar and make money. Although the protagonists are all celebrities, big names, and acting sects, the roles are very stereotyped, which is simply too easy for them. Besides, these protagonists have all become famous, so why bother to work hard? Just perform due diligence. The only pity in the film is Katherine Heigl, who did not act in "Grey the Intern" well, but wanted to act in a movie, but could not be the protagonist. The stardom was ruined. The Latin beauty Ana Ayora in the film is pretty, but she is not well-known, and she is not on the poster. The other people in the film are very ordinary and don't have any impression, so I won't talk about it.
In summary, this film is a regular Hollywood family comedy with no strengths and ordinary. There are too many movies like this in Hollywood, and watching it is a waste of time.
