This may be the Nth Netflix movie I watched. Before I started writing, I questioned myself, is this film worth writing a few sentences? But I want to remind myself that I don't want to watch it knowing it is a routine, so let's summarize it a bit.
In recent years, Netflix has blossomed all over the world and launched a lot of good dramas, but if you watch two more, you can find that different elements are playing permutations and combinations of dress-up tricks in each movie. At first glance, it’s cool, and then Look at the dazzling more, and it will be dull.
Coupled with the data analysis for each individual audience, for example, I can never help but click on Asian dramas/movies. I am not surprised why Wang wangfei will push me this bad movie.
The play’s routines and failure points are actually very similar to "Golden Romance": on the surface it is a novel story of a new generation of Asian Asians in the United States. In fact, changing the color of the actors is a vulgar romantic comedy. A little bit of stalking related to Asian elements-such as Uber tipping.
Ali became a hit with two talk shows. I like her talk shows very much. I dare to speak and act, to the extent that some may not be seen. The heroine in this show is Ali on a 120% restored talk show stage, from makeup to language to acting-in that case, why not just go straight to the third part of the talk show? What a movie? You said that the heroine Sasha is a well-known chef. Why don’t you set her as a talk show host? I didn’t see how changing careers would affect the film. After all, there are not many restaurant shots in this film. . As for the male protagonist, uh, he was not beaten to death by his father if he didn't want to go to college. Is this really an Asian family?
So when Keanu Reeves appeared in the movie, I was so surprised that I threw away the phone. After a day, I didn’t understand why he came to play this. I can only guess blindly because Ali and the director left him with the best episodes of the film. After all, most of these episodes are based on Keanu Reeves in Hollywood. The image was created-it is a pity that because of these jokes, the domestic audience will never have the chance to see this bad film. It can only be said that some are good jokes, such as Uber Pool sending male and female protagonists home; some are quite boring, such as sensitive phrases. You can say that the world should allow nonsense jokes, or you can think that this is just a deliberate poke in the movie. The Chinese audience are cheered up and create a tasteless carnival.
But in the end, we must recognize the directors and actors' efforts to promote a richer image of Asians.
So, why did Keanu Reeves pick up this film?
