The power of ordinary people's grief

In an action movie, the hero or the protagonist is angry, the sky is broken, and the earth is broken, exerting amazing power. And in this movie, it shows the power of ordinary people's grief and anger. In the process of being transformed by the negative character, the protagonist has nothing to do except howls. In the end, if he is not deliberately killed by the negative angle, how much effect can his power play?
Finally he survived. Apart from seeing his girlfriend walking with his brother in the past, being treated as a joke by the brothers by others, and boiling the frog in warm water to slowly accept that he is a walrus, what else does he do? Maybe only wailing.
This movie is a tragic movie, but also a movie close to reality. Maybe we should think about how we should deal with a sudden and irreversible situation in our lives.
