Hastily

Recommended by the public account, the longer and farther part is great!

Personally, I think it is also the most brilliant moment of this movie.

The protagonist of this film is undoubtedly the grass taller than the human head.

Humans in ancient times, when they walked out of the city, they saw this scene.

So our ancestors chose to plant trees on both sides of the road, but unfortunately the protagonist in the film did not have this opportunity.

The setting of running tall grass deepens the fear even more.

But the director doesn’t seem to have done much to create an atmosphere of horror.

More thoughts are placed on the setting-

The sacrificial ceremony on the black stone,

The reincarnation after death,

Perfectly explained the secret of tall grass.

but,

Horror movies don’t need to explain so much,

As a non-original party,

The addition of Blackstone seems a bit redundant.

The concept of reincarnation now seems old-fashioned,

I didn’t feel the horror when watching "Horror Cruise",

Recall,

"Horror Cruise" portrays the heroine watching herself stepping on the cruise ship over and over again but unable to stop,

The cruelty that was teased by fate came out in an instant,

This film is expressed through a little boy,

Lack of substitution.

  • Ross Humboldt: [about the rock] I think it's a safe bet it's been here since before the Kiowa hunted on the Osage Cuestas. Older than the hills. Probably was here before the glaciers came and carried the hills away. You realize we're in the center of the contiguous United States. Smack-dab in the middle of the continent.

  • Ross Humboldt: You ate it all.

    Becky DeMuth: [groggy] Yeah.

Ross Humboldt: That's a good girl.

    Becky DeMuth: It tastes like...

    Ross Humboldt: Like what?

    Becky DeMuth: Like... Like...

    Ross Humboldt: You?
