The film creates a very good atmosphere through the Russian location and the confined space of the train: the overall exotic atmosphere, the suspense in the first half, and the tension in the second half. The performance of the actors is also remarkable, especially Emily Mortimer who successfully portrayed a character with complicated experiences and various "dangerous situations".
The whole story is still pretty good-looking (I guess Lao Maozi would not like it). Perhaps the director may not be able to say that the transfer of the film is particularly fresh in order to make it easy for the audience to understand. All the suspense can basically guess the result, and there is no surprise. Can't excel.
