The translated name "Mission Impossible"...

The translation of this movie is really talented, "Mission: Impossible", and it is the spy in the DVD to interpret it face-to-face. Such translated names should become a generation of translated names classics. Tom Cruise’s performance is directly proportional to his handsomeness. The gum bomb that always saves himself in times of crisis really doesn’t matter to others, but it works at critical moments. In the plot, the inner ghost who has been making the audience suspicious is really that. Of course, Brother Tom had noticed it a long time ago, but the director still played a montage-like technique in the train scene. Although Jean Renault's performance is not long, he performed a stupid and reckless man very well. The most exciting part of the movie is the stealing list and the two scenes on the train. In addition, the initial trap is also really exciting. For the originator of a "series of action commercials", this movie deserves to be the head of the "Mission Impossible" series floating in mid-air.

This retro sense of editing from the 1940s and 1950s and the OST are really...awesome.

The soundtrack is very classic, fighting spirit and high-tech occupy a larger space than the action scenes. The few action scenes are not exaggerated and innovative. The suspense setting is slightly worse, but de Palma does not even go into business. Forget the true colors of movie fans, that old-school spy movie tastes great; of course, old dramas like Vanessa Redgrave and Joan Voight are also my favorite.

Mission: Impossible quotes

  • Ethan Hunt: [tied to a chair inside an apartment own by one of Max's friends] The disk Job sold you is worthless. Bait. Part of an internal mole hunt.

Max: And how would you know? Are you another company man?

    Max: Like Job?

    Max: We're asking about you

Ethan Hunt: I'm NOC, Was. Now, disavowed.

    Max: Why, may I ask?

Ethan Hunt: That's the question I want to ask Job.

  • Jim Phelps: Of course he knew. Just *when* he knew is something of a mystery. You mind telling me, Ethan? Was it before or after I showed up in London?

Ethan Hunt: Before London. But after you took the Bible from the Drake Hotel in Chicago.

Jim Phelps: They stamped it, didn't they? Those damn Gideons.
