Every day is a training day.

The classics are often there. It's like this "Training Day", I haven't watched it all the time. It wasn't until recently that I really had something in my heart that I turned out this film to relieve my boredom.
Denzel portrays both righteous and evil, just like the face of the whole world, the initial trend of "rookie" is precisely the torture of daily reality to us. I asked myself if I ever despaired of reality and surrendered to myself. I can understand Elonso's life, and even at the beginning of the film, I think he is very divine. He can walk on the edge of society and achieve his own infernal affairs. You must remember your responsibilities and forget your identity. Dreams are slowly being polished away because of reality. I think this is the cruelty of life. The reality is that in the end, the encounter of the "rookie" will make me feel most empathetic. You can have your own dreams, but you can't bow to reality; you can also bow to reality, but you can't violate the rules of your conscience; even you can violate the rules of your conscience, but you must never become the devil.
After seeing the film, I really admire Jack Holt's courage and integrity. There is a line in the film that Elonso said to Jack Holt, "I was the same as you before." Every day, I may face the temptation and evil of the world, and every day I may face the harshness and coldness of reality. Every day, you may slowly ignore your original dreams, and every day may make you physically and mentally exhausted and tearful, whether you will still stick to your inner standards.
Every day is a training day.

It's a pity, it's not finished... It would be better if you change to Jake and shoot Alonzo with a headshot...

Alozzo's death is the film's mourning for America's pre-drug era, and any movie without absolute justice is a good movie. Denzel Washington won the Oscar for this film, and his acting skills are indeed online. However, I feel more distressed for the male god Ethan Hawke. He was beaten so badly three times that his heart was broken.

Training Day quotes

  • Stan Gursky: [in a steakhouse restaurant] Alonzo, heard you had an expensive weekend in Vegas. How did you ever screw up so bad?

Alonzo: Hey, I didn't know. It's not my town. I'm not omniscient.

Lou Jacobs: The Russians don't care if you have a badge. They'll whack you. You ought to hop a jet out of here.

Alonzo: Why? It's an easy fix. I'll just cash in on an account.

    Stan Gursky: Which one?

Alonzo: One of my old ones, my first one. The guy's a high security risk anyway. If I'm not around, who's gonna help keep him off the radar?

Stan Gursky: All right, it's your call. I do not want you to dick this up. I don't want to see you on the front page like the rest of those assholes.

  • Jake: [after meeting with the Three Wise Men] How much money was in that bag?

    Alonzo: 40 G's.

    Jake: What was that for?

    Alonzo: You really wanna know?

    Jake: Yeah. I asked, didn't I?

Alonzo: Nothing's free in this world, Jake. Not even arrest warrants.

Jake: Shit, I didn't wanna know.
