I only watched this movie this week, and it was shown to us by a substitute English teacher in school.
From the beginning, I was very touched by the love between the high priest and Aksuna, but for the heroes, I couldn't feel the slightest touch. I think the actor who plays the high priest is really good. I can't forget his expression about Aksuna's suicide. I even think it's better to let the heroine die, bring Aksuna back to life, and let them be together. But this is simply impossible. Movies will always perform heroes, justice triumphs over evil.
While watching the movie, I have been saddened by the death of the high priest. I can't feel the evil of the high priest. I even feel that fate is really unfair to them. They obviously love each other, but they can't be together, just because they fall in love with someone who can't be loved.
He who made mistakes for love does not need to forgive, I think he is not wrong.
All is just the so-called damn fate.
Is he the villain? Maybe it is, the need to arrange in the plot of the movie, but he is not in my heart, he is far more fascinating to me than the so-called heroes.
In the last part of the movie, the heroine recites the golden sutra of the sun. He has no mana. I even thought with anger, since he has no mana, why would the hero kill him? He may be able to live again. It's just that it's impossible. Without Aksuna's resurrection, would there still be love in his world? I will never forget the desperate sadness
